Disclaimer
Our organization accepts no responsibility for the acquisition of personal information by a third party in the following situations:

(2) If the user is unintentionally identified based on activity information or information entered onto this service.
(3) When a user provides personal information, that information is used in an external service linked to this one.
(4) If a third party other than the user receives personally identifiable information (ID, password, etc.).

(1) The acquisition, use, and disclosure of personal information

Intellectual property rights, including copyright and other property rights:
You agree that DiptyQuest, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors own all materials, products, and services available on this website, including copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also undertake not to replicate or transfer DiptyQuest's intellectual property in any form, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. You provide DiptyQuest a royalty-free, non-exclusive right to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you submit and publish. For intellectual property disputes, you should approach the corporation to reach an arrangement.
1. The organization shall own the copyright to the deliverables arising from the outsourced work performed by the Company in accordance with this agreement, and the organization shall grant the User the right to utilize the work to the extent required for the User to use the service efficiently.
2. The organization owns the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to existing components to which it has previously had rights or that are regularly utilized in comparable types of work.
3. The organization will be able to openly state that the Deliverables were generated by itself. Users will agree in advance that the organization may utilize such deliverables (including those developed by the User) as needed for DiptyQuest.org and the organization's advertising purposes.
4. In addition to what is provided for in this article, if an invention, device, design, or other result (hereinafter referred to as a "invention, etc.") is generated in the process of performing commissioned work, a patent or utility model registration for the invention, the right to receive design registration, etc., and the industrial property rights and other intellectual property rights (including rights related to know-how, etc.) acquired based on such right.
5. The User is not liable for any third party's copyrights, patent rights, design rights, or other intellectual property rights in relation to materials, data, and so on submitted by the User to the organization in order for the commissioned work to be completed. You agree that you will not infringe on any proprietary rights.
6. When utilizing this service and employing materials from our firm, the materials will not be transferred, but will be delivered to the user's service. Users are banned from making secondary use of the materials.
7. If a third party files a complaint, demand, injunction, or other claim alleging violation of intellectual property rights while the user uses the product, the user and the organization shall discuss and resolve the issue.
8. The person owns the intellectual property rights to images, logos, documents, and other items given by information posters to our organization and to which the information poster previously had intellectual property rights. However, our organization owns the intellectual property rights to employment advertising and all of the content included within them (including information, documents, pictures, images, videos, and so on), with the exception of the property rights of information posters. The author will not exercise any legal rights in this regard.
The user and the job publishing Company pledge the other party that they will not engage in any of the following actions, either directly or via a third party...
1. Violent demands.
2. Unreasonable requirements exceed legal responsibilities.
3. Threatening or violent behavior during transactions.
4. Spreading rumors, employing false tactics or force to undermine the other party's credibility, or interfering with their company.
5. Other acts comparable to those listed above.
If the other party falls under any of the following items or is reasonably believed to fall under any of the following, the user company or our organization has the right to cancel all or part of this agreement in writing without notice...
1. In the event of a breach of paragraph 1 or the previous paragraph
2. Against anti-social forces, such as when you or your officers, for example, participate in any type of transaction with them, such as investing, lending, supplying cash or services, and so on. If the individual has a connection in which the person is regarded as being involved in the provision of finances, benefits, etc.
3. Relationships in which the firm or its executives, etc. are regarded to be unjustly employing anti-social forces, such as pursuing false gains for the company or a third party, or causing harm to a third party.
4. If the individual, his or her officers, etc., have a socially unacceptable contact with antisocial forces.
5. In other instances, as per the previous items.
If this Agreement is canceled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, neither the User Company nor the organization shall be responsible for compensating the other party for any damage caused by such cancellation, and the organization shall not be responsible for compensating the other party for any damages incurred as a result of such cancellation. It will be possible to seek compensation.
About usage fees:
Until further notice, the portal is free for all companies and job searchers, with the exception of some portions.
Conditions of use:
